At the Board of Directors' meeting held on July 20, 2022, Forus approved the distribution of a dividend totaling Ch$ 14,991,202,000, equivalent to Ch$ 58.00 per share, to be paid out of the Company's retained earnings. This dividend will be paid in cash on August 12th, 2022. Shareholders registered in the Company's Shareholders' Register at midnight on August 6th, 2022 will be entitled to receive the dividend.
