The Chilean company Forus celebrated the reopening of its CAT store on level three of the Mall Costanera Center shopping mall, located in Santiago. The establishment displays a fresh and renewed concept with a strong proposal of phygital experience for its customers.
"The new CAT store concept is a space that seeks to generate closeness and community between our visitors and the brand, delivering a unique experience to each customer. The store celebrates art, music and entrepreneurship. We highlight the Workshop Bar where you can customize your products while enjoying a craft beer," says Forus.
With respect to the phygital experience, in the new CAT store customers have the benefit of purchasing a product, even if it is not physically in the store, and receive it at home, in addition to offering the "click & collect" service, among other innovations.
CAT is also launching the renewed concept in the capital of the province of Biobío, within the Plaza Los Ángeles mall, and specifically at the 71-square-meter store where the WeLoveShoes brand used to be located, which closed its doors in the second quarter of this year.
As a result, the new image could be implemented in the rest of the CAT stores in the South American country. It is worth mentioning that the company's presence in Chilean territory is around thirty physical stores, in addition to its e-commerce platform.
