As of December 31, 2023, Ms. Marisol Céspedes Navarro ceased to hold the position of Deputy CEO of the Company. Likewise, she will no longer represent the Company in the absence of the CEO under the terms of Article 89 of the Corporations Regulation.
As agreed by the Company's Board of Directors at a meeting held on December 13, 2023, as of January 1, 2024, the person who will validly represent the Company for notifications and/or represent it before the authorities or third parties in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with said article, will be Mr. Manuel Somarriva Loyola, the Company's Corporate Legal Officer.
