In January we inaugurated our second distribution center (DC) in Chile. The new ENEA DC is located on the 45,000 m2 property that we acquired in 2019, located in the ENEA business park, with excellent connectivity as it is adjacent to mayor highways. The ENEA DC, in this first stage, has an operating footprint of 16,275 square meters, expandable to 24,000 square meters, with 25 loading/unloading docks, state-of-the-art floors, and a high-bay storage system with an initial capacity of 30,000 cubic meters on four levels. The new ENEA DC replaces the Lo Espejo DC, which we leased until mid-January 2026. With the new ENEA DC, FORUS will be able to continue growing and incorporating new brands, products, and business lines, with greater efficiency and productivity, and with improvements in the service level for our consumers and clients.
